Some unforeseen things happened, prevented me from purchasing my home at the time I wanted. From the very start Simone was patient, knowledgeable and amiable. She would call periodically just to check in. After the year was over, I called Simone and told her I was ready to move forward, I told her the loan amount I was looking for and the amount I wanted to pay monthly. She listened and provided expert guidance every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make certain the purchase was in my budget. She made sure that the transition was seamless and worked her magic right up to the closing table. Did I mention that she was extremely patient? Why work with any of the rest, when you can work with the best Ms. Simone Phillip. Ms. Phillips has proven herself to me. I remember this time I called her to make sure the documents she request from me was correct. She replied can I call you back I'm driving, I could hear the kids in the background, I apologized now keep in mind I'm two hours behind and sometimes forget to show concern of the time difference. A few hours later Ms. Phillips called me back and it slipped she was on vacation in Disney World, (now people I'm not calling you back, I'm on vacation and Minnie is asking about me and want to see me) I don't know if YOU will get this Ms Phillip, but I have never walked into her office, I have never met this young lady face to face but I have fell in love with her work ethics is A1 at all the times, and "I love it: I will seek her out among all others. I did not get paid for this endorsement but she wouldn't have to pay me to tell my truth.
